Register for class as usual on MindBody listed as “Zoom”.
Enter Meeting ID to JOIN the class is listed on the schedule. Email info@secretphysique.com for Password. Please dont wait till class time to ask for the password. Same password for all Zoom classes.
*Please plan to have an open space to workout
*If you do not have a ball you can use a rolled up towel
*Instead of the Barre you can use a chair or countertop

On Screen // In Studio are virtual class at the studio. Unlike Zoom and the on-demand library, now you can take classes at the studio with our actual barres and studio equipment at class times we do not normally offer. Check the schedule noted (OS) for class times! There will be someone in the lobby while you take class.
