Q. What should I wear to class?
A. Barre class: Comfortable top, fitted leggings covering the knee, and socks are required. (We have grippy socks if you need them). POUND & DANCE class: wear what makes you comfortable, for footwear: clean sneakers, or you can go barefooted. No street shoes! STRENGTH class: wear what makes you comfortable, for footwear: grippy socks, or you can wear clean sneakers. Human Reformer Pilates class: Comfortable top, fitted leggings covering the knee, and grip socks or barefoot.
Q. What class is best for beginners?
A. Our signature Secret Physique Barre class & Human Reformer Pilates are best for beginners, as they are slow paced and very instructional. With that said, all of our classes welcome beginners.
Q. Does Human Reformer Pilates Class use a Reformer Machine?
A. No, we use our own body, resistance bands and barre for an anchor point to get the same benefits as you would from a reformer machine.
Q. Do I need to pre-register?
A. We recommend you create an online account through the website or the App, and reserve your class ahead of time. Walk-ins are allowed. Always check online before attending, as class cancellations can occur.
Q. How often should I attend class?
A. To see results we recommend attending 3x a week; however you will instantly feel tighter muscles, increased flexibility, stamina, and have a wonderful experience. Exercise provides much more then a physical result; it in fact is the mind that benefits the most, and your body will thank you for it.

Q. Do you offer Student, Senior 65+, or Military Discounts?
A. Yes, please email and submit your ID for details.
Q. Do you offer babysitting?
A. Yes, we only offer it for a few classes per week. See online schedule.
Kids are $7 each and MUST be pre-registered before attending. In the case no one is registered, the room will be closed.
When booking online you may use your own account and reserve under your name.
If you have multiple children you can add additional names at that time.
Kids ages 6 months and up are allowed in the babysitting room.
If your kid is older and wants to sit in the lobby with a book, or ipad, they are more then welcome at any time, for no cost. They will not be supervised, and must be quiet and mature enough to be alone.
