BARRE + STRETCH

Our Signature Barre Class is a mind-body workout, inspired by the original form of Barre, “The Lotte Berk Method”, combining Ballet, Pilates, and Yoga movements to create a long, lean physique.

Classes are non-impact and are perfect for those brand new to barre and those who have been clients for years.

We are very specific in our teaching so that every client, no matter their level, will be challenged.

A fast paced fusion of ballet barre work, cardio and barre moves leaving you sweaty and feeling invigorated. Class is low impact with options to intensify.

BARRE + STRENGTH

Includes intervals of our signature barre class and weight training. You will feel stronger, balanced and even gain increased bone density, which is very important as we age. This class uses heavier weights ranging from 10-15lbs.

Human Reformer Pilates

Mobility + Core + Strength

Human Reformer Pilates is a mat-based Pilates workout that utilizes resistance bands to replicate the benefits of traditional Reformer Pilates exercises. It focuses on core strength, posture, alignment, and functional fitness, offering a challenging and accessible way to engage in Pilates without needing a specialized machine.
